In 2006, Susan was advertised to her current position as Executive Vice President of the Global People Division. She reports right to Wal-Mart’s CEO Mike Duke. Today, Susan oversees recruiting, training, and retention initiatives for more than 2 million Wal-Mart associates worldwide. Additionally, her responsibilities include human resource technology, culture change, regulatory benefits, and issues. Susan’s role at Wal-Mart also extends well beyond traditional human resources responsibilities. Her position at one of the world’s largest private employers allows her the chance to be involved in multiple arenas, including labor force education and development. She is a company believer that human resources issues – like training, compensation and opportunity – are problems with a real social, economic, and financial impact.

Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., and a J.D. Nashville School of Law. He also completed the Executive Education Program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, GA. While attending college, Hill started his UPS career in 1976 as a part-time package sorter and loader. He held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and recruiting before joining the legal group in 1988 as counsel to the human resources function.
Rich Floersch, McDonald’s Executive Vice President and Chief RECRUITING Officer, is responsible for overseeing McDonald’s recruiting function because of its 400,000 company employees in 118 countries. Randy MacDonald joined IBM in 2000 as mature vice president, Human Resources. February 1 Paul joined Citi on, 2008 with 25 years of experience in recruiting management, consulting, and education.
As Head of RECRUITING, he is accountable for all of recruiting for Citigroup, as well as for all Talent Management programs. Prior to this role, he was Head of Talent Management for Citigroup. He could be a member of Citi’s Senior Leadership Committee. Until early 2007, Paul was Senior Vice President of the Human Resources Group for Dell, with responsibility for those areas of the function.
During his ten years with Dell, Paul was instrumental in the business’s Winning Culture initiative, which included all Dell’s training and development activities, winning external and inner awards, including the coveted honor from the U.S. Department of Labor for the secretary’s equal opportunity programs. Paul also was Chairman of the Dell Foundation.
